Information collected

• Early-access list: name, email address, computer type, planned bankroll range and sports of interest, as entered on the sign-up form, plus the IP address and time of sign-up.
• Purchases: payment is handled by the payment provider (for example PayPal or the card processor). Quant4 Sports receives the customer's name, email, subscription status and transaction records, not full card numbers.
• Software license check: license key, software version and the time of the check.
• Optional usage statistics: if enabled by the subscriber, anonymous summary figures such as fill rate, beat-the-close and filled volume by sport.

Information never collected

Kalshi, Polymarket and The Odds API keys, account balances, positions and individual trades stay on the subscriber's computer and are never sent to Quant4 Sports.

How information is used

To manage the early-access list and memberships, send product and account emails, verify licenses, provide support and manage membership capacity. Information is not sold.

Sharing

Only with service providers needed to run the business (web hosting, email and payment processing), or where required by law.

Retention and choices

Information is kept while needed for these purposes. Email preferences can be changed at any time, and a copy or deletion of personal information can be requested at support@quant4sports.com.
