1. The product
Quant4 Sports ("the Software") is desktop software licensed on a subscription basis. The Software runs on the subscriber's own computer and connects to accounts the subscriber holds with third parties, including Kalshi, Polymarket and The Odds API, using credentials the subscriber supplies.
2. No advice, no account management
The Software applies a pricing method automatically according to settings chosen by the subscriber. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax or betting advice. Quant4 Sports does not manage accounts, does not have access to subscriber funds, and does not place orders on the subscriber's behalf; all orders are placed by the Software running under the subscriber's control.
3. Eligibility
The subscriber must be at least 18 years old (or older if required where the subscriber lives) and must be permitted to trade on Kalshi, Polymarket and any other venue used. The subscriber is responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party service and with all applicable laws.
4. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which the license key stops working. Third-party costs, including The Odds API, Kalshi and Polymarket fees, are billed by those providers and are not included.
5. License
One subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on the subscriber's own computers for the subscriber's own account. Copying, sharing license keys, reselling, reverse engineering or redistributing the Software is not permitted.
6. Membership limits
The number of active memberships may be limited. Quant4 Sports may decline new subscriptions or limit availability of specific features or sports to manage capacity.
7. Risk and no guarantee
Trading event contracts involves substantial risk of loss. The Software is provided without any guarantee of profit or of any particular result. See the Risk Disclosure.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party data, or freedom from errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant4 Sports is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
